Is there a free trial?
Two ways to try Lead Sorted before paying. The demo lets you upload a CSV and watch the AI clean it with no signup. Every paid plan also starts with a 14-day free trial — pick a plan, you're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime in between.
Will I be charged when my trial ends?
Only if you stay subscribed past day 14. We show a countdown banner inside the app from the day you start your trial so you always know how long you have left. Cancel from the billing portal in one click before day 15 and you pay nothing. If we don't hear from you, your card is charged for the plan you picked on day 15.
What's the difference between the demo, the free trial, and a paid plan?
The demo is a public sandbox: upload a CSV, see the AI clean it, no signup or card. It's there to let you kick the tires. The 14-day free trial begins when you pick a paid plan and enter a card — you get the full product (saved leads, follow-up tracker, exports, AI cleanup quota for that tier) for free until day 15. A paid plan is what kicks in after the trial unless you cancel; you keep everything you set up during the trial, you just start being billed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in one click. No contracts, no cancellation calls. Your data stays in your workspace until you delete it.
Do you offer refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Lead Sorted isn't pulling its weight in your first month, email support@leadsorted.com and we refund the charge.
How do I delete my account or workspace?
Settings → Danger zone has both options. Deleting a workspace removes the leads, lists, and team data inside it; deleting your account removes the user across every workspace you belong to. Either action also cancels any active Stripe subscriptions you own immediately, with no prorated refund. Both flows ask you to type your email or workspace name to confirm — we don't want anyone fat-fingering this. Export a CSV of your leads first if you want a copy.
Does the AI keep my CSV data?
No. Files are sent to OpenAI for cleanup, structured leads come back, and the raw upload is discarded. Cleaned leads live in your workspace where only you and your team can see them. We never sell or share your data, and we don't use your leads to train AI.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. Export to CSV anytime from /app/leads — one click, no lock-in. Your data stays yours.
How do team seats work?
Team includes 3 users in 1 workspace. Scale includes 5 users across up to 3 workspaces. Need more seats? Each extra user is $15/mo on Team or $20/mo on Scale, billed monthly through Stripe. Add and remove seats from your team page anytime.
What happens if I hit my AI limit?
Every plan has a generous monthly AI cleanup quota. If you hit it, you keep using every other feature — manual lead entry, follow-ups, exports, status tracking. AI extractions reset on your renewal date. Or upgrade tiers for more headroom.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — Lead Sorted is fully responsive on mobile browsers, and most users find a phone-sized web app does the job. Native apps are on the roadmap once we have customer demand to justify the build.
Can I import from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets?
Yes — anything that exports to CSV works. The AI cleanup handles weird column names, missing data, and inconsistent formatting from any source. Just paste or upload your file.
How quickly do you reply to support?
